The Reason the Head of a Man's Penis is Larger than the Shaft:

A study was conducted by the US to determine why the head of a man's
penis is larger than the shaft. The study took two years and cost $180,000.
The results of the study concluded that the head was larger than the
shaft in order to provide the man with more pleasure during sexual intercourse.

When the results were published, Germany decided that they needed to do
their own study as they were not convinced of the US results.
Three years later and at a cost of $250,000 they concluded that the head of a
man's penis was larger in order to provide a woman with more pleasure
during sexual intercourse.

Hearing of these results, a group of Newfoundland doctors decided to
conduct their own study as they believed neither the US nor the German
study. After three weeks and at a cost of $75, the Newfoundland study
reached a conclusion that the reason that the head of a man's penis is
larger than the shaft is to prevent his hand from flying off and
hitting him in the forehead.
