Θυμάστε εκείνη την πετυχημένη μετάφραση στα ελληνικά. Ένα μέλος της λίστας,
ο Βασίλης Γιαννακόπουλος απάντησε στους υπευθύνους αυτής της σελίδας κι
έλαβε την παρακάτω αστεία απάντηση:

Some of these emails were authored from professional translators offering a
business relationship.

Finally, we have received some enlightening emails. We understand that our
post has been forwarded to grk.jokes newsgroup and to a ?Greek jokes list?.
It seems that the translation is very funny.
A very kind man has proposed us a very interesting deal. He has offered free
of charge the professional translation of five pages. In return we had to
get our ?Professional? translate the rest of the page and upload it for a
few days.
We have told our ?Professional? that we like his translation and that he
gets the job. We have agreed with him that he will get paid a week after the
page is uploaded and only if there are no visitors? complains for his
translation.
Now the page is up. You can laugh for a whole week.
Finally, I would like to thank you. You ?My Greek Friends? have really
helped our team. Your help is greatly appreciated.
